The Right Story, Told the Right Way

Church communications is more than support work. It is how we begin caring for the people God is bringing to us, long before we know their names.

Every church has a God-given story worth telling. Long before someone hears a sermon or meets the pastor, they have already begun experiencing it through your website, your videos, your signs, your emails, and encounters with your people. Those moments are not support work. They are one way we care for the future congregation and prepare a place for them. Communication is stewardship, design is hospitality, and Brand is the trust formed when the story we tell agrees with the experience people have.

Make Plans, Not Piles

Most church communication hands people groceries and calls it dinner. A plan serves the meal: one reason, one clear next step, and the story underneath.

Change vs. Polish

The first season of Seinfeld was bad. It got great by changing, not by polishing. Knowing which of those two problems you actually have is most of the job.

Let’s tell the right story.

FINAL PROOF

Maybe your story is clear, but the way people experience it is not. Maybe your team is doing good work inside systems that make everything harder than it needs to be. Or maybe you know something needs to change, but you are not sure where to begin. I would love to hear what you are working through. No pitch and no packages, just a conversation about the story God has given you to tell and how we might help people experience it more clearly.
